The Bremer Bay Resort is seeking a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our busy restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with other department managers to achieve outstanding results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, training and developing the front-of-house team.
- Managing daily restaurant operations and service, including Functions.
- Rostering and coordinating staff.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and workplace procedures.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and cost management.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and team-focused workplace.
About You
You will be an energetic leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience managing a restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Current RSA certificate
- Approved Manager approval
- Food Handling Certificate
- Experience with rostering and hospitality systems is advantageous.
