About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Operating Theatre Suite and Day Surgery Unit at Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
As the Administration Officer you will provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to enable the effective operation of the Operating Theatre Suite and Day Surgery Unit in the delivery of acute surgical services. You will support efficient theatre workflows, maintain accurate data across theatre management systems and deliver outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for the Operating Suite.
Please note, the working arrangements are Thursday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a similar administrative support role in a complex organisation
- Demonstrated high level computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems and information/record keeping systems
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
A current NSW Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain.
