Enzo's Cucina is Sydney's largest family-owned Italian restaurant group, and we're growing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager/Supervisor to join our Front of House team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role
As a Duty Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the Front of House team during service;
- Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences;
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally;
- Taking orders, running food and beverages, and assisting the team where required;
- Opening and closing the venue;
- Assisting with staff training and development;
- Ensuring service standards and venue presentation are maintained at all times; and
- Working closely with management to support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role;
- A current RSA;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences; and
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
