What You’ll Do:
Resolve missing service requests with accuracy, empathy, and a worker-first mindset
Deliver high-quality, timely outcomes aligned with legislation and service targets
Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and member experience
