We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced entertainment & touring all-rounder to join our team.
This is a do-it-all role covering:
- Venue bookings, contracts & venue administration
- Tour management & coordination
- Artist/cast logistics & visa applications
- Accommodation & travel bookings
- Marketing & promotion
- Liaising with venues, artists, agents & suppliers
- General administration across touring productions
You must have experience in live entertainment, theatre, touring or events and understand how the industry operates.
We need someone organised, proactive, reliable and able to work independently. This is a flexible role — work your own hours, from anywhere in Australia, as long as the work gets done and deadlines are met.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, thinks ahead and gets things done, rather than someone looking for a traditional 9–5 admin position.
