With recent project wins across transportation, we're continuing to grow our Tunnel and Ground Engineering team in Perth. We're looking for Geotechnical Engineers and Associate Geotechnical Engineers who are passionate about solving complex ground engineering challenges and want to help deliver projects that create a more connected and sustainable world. For Associate-level applicants, experience leading investigations, managing project delivery, mentoring team members and contributing to business development activities will be highly regarded.
As part of our growing team, you'll work alongside talented engineers and technical specialists delivering investigations, analysis, design and construction support for a diverse range of infrastructure and resource projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Your impact
You'll contribute to the successful delivery of geotechnical projects through:
- Planning, overseeing and undertaking geotechnical site investigations
- Soil and rock logging in accordance with AS1726
- Geotechnical assessment, analysis and design
- Preparation of technical reports and ground engineering documentation
- Supporting construction phases and providing technical advice
- Developing scopes, proposals and cost estimates for project delivery
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Jacobs and our Global Integrated Delivery network
- Mentoring and supporting developing engineers
- Building trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental performance
