Are you a qualified Pool Lifeguard looking for a summer job that’s anything but ordinary?
Outback Splash is looking for confident, energetic and safety-focused Lifeguards to join our Attractions Team for the 2026/27 summer season.
Spend your summer working outdoors, meeting new people, making friends and helping thousands of Guests enjoy a safe and unforgettable day at one of Perth’s favourite waterparks.
As a Lifeguard at Outback Splash, you’ll be part of a highly trained Team responsible for supervising our water-based attractions, enforcing safety requirements, providing Guest assistance and responding calmly and effectively when incidents occur.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A valid Pool Lifeguard Certificate valid until April 2027
- Be 16 years or older as of 26 September 2026
- Availability for essential training, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable transport to and from Outback Splash
- Minimum availability of four days per week during our peak period (mid-December to 31 January)
