NTT Data are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Project Manager to lead a critical finance transformation initiative involving the migration of core financial processes from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

Please note: This is a global project with stakeholders and delivery teams located across Australia, the US and India. Flexibility to attend occasional after-hours meetings and project calls during the week will be required to support collaboration across time zones.
Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Technology and external delivery partners, you will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring a successful transition across key finance functions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Management (AM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full PeopleSoft FSCM implementation lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment and post go-live support
- Manage the migration of financial management processes from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Partner with Finance, Accounting and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver best-practice PeopleSoft solutions
- Lead data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and conversion of financial, vendor and fixed asset data
- Oversee system integrations and manage testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Drive issue resolution, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities to ensure a seamless transition
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources and vendor relationships
- Provide regular project governance, status reporting and updates to executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements and organisational governance standards
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and user adoption initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
- 8-10+ years' experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including managing large-scale implementations and finance transformation programs
- Proven experience leading PeopleSoft Financials implementations, ERP migrations and system transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Strong functional expertise across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Deep understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM configuration, business processes, integrations and data conversion requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing financial data migration activities, including reconciliation, validation and conversion strategies
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and implementation best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively across business, technical and executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors and offshore delivery resources
- Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) will be highly regarded
