We are an authentic Chinese restaurant located in Cairns, Queensland, providing authentic Chinese cuisine and Yum Cha to the local community.
With many years of history and a loyal customer base, our restaurant is widely recognised as one of the well-known Chinese restaurants in the area. We operate a large venue capable of accommodating group bookings and busy service periods.
We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Chef or Cook team members who would like to grow with us long-term and continue sharing the taste of Chinese with our customers.

Requirements:
- If possible 1-2 years minimum kitchen experience
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in Chinese or Yum Cha cuisine preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Responsible, team-oriented, and hardworking attitude
