About the Role
As a UCAT Tutor at Vanguard Coaching, you will:
- Teach and mentor students across all four UCAT subtests (VR, DM, QR, SJ)
- Break down complex reasoning patterns into clear, engaging explanations
- Provide targeted strategies to improve speed, accuracy, and confidence under pressure
- Deliver tailored lessons for individual or small-group sessions
- Motivate and inspire students to perform at their best on test day
Requirements
- Strong UCAT Performance – Ideally 95th+ percentile, preferably a medical student
- Passion for Teaching – Enthusiastic, patient, and driven to help others succeed
- Excellent Communication Skills – Able to simplify complex logic clearly and confidently
- Reliability & Organization – Capable of managing student progress and lesson plans
- Experience Preferred – Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus
- Professionalism – Must sign NDA + non-compete; all company materials and information are confidential.
