Panini Brothers Newton is seeking an enthusiastic general maintenance and scullery assistant to support our venue and bakery operations.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- General Maintenance, complete minor venue repairs, replacing light bulbs, fixing loose fixtures & maintain outdoor areas
- Equipment Care
-Scullery & Dishwashing, wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils with the aid of commercial machines and return to areas of use
- Stock & Safety, receive and confirm deliveries, monitor cleaning chemical levels, restock supplies and follow food health & safety regulations
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, scullery or general maintenance role is highly desirable. Mostly Monday to Friday hours with some weekend work required. Full time role available for the right candidate.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.18 per hour
