- 1. **Schedule and Travel Coordination:** Manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing tasks and coordinating meetings across time zones in China, Australia, and globally to avoid conflicts.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel: visas, flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning, including travel to mining areas/remote project sites.
- Prepare itinerary briefings in advance and coordinate with local reception staff to ensure efficient and smooth travel.

- 2. **Meeting and Document Support:** Organize board meetings/senior management meetings/client negotiations: draft agendas, collect materials, write minutes, and follow up on decision implementation.
- Draft/polish Chinese and English letters, reports, PPTs, project briefings, and press releases; familiar with Australian energy industry terminology.
- Compile industry news, policy updates (CEC, AEMO, state government subsidies), and competitor information to inform decision-making.

- 3. **Internal and External Communication and Coordination:** Serv as the CEO's primary point of contact, liaising with headquarters, local teams, investors, power grid companies, EPC contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Transmit information, follow up on matters, and provide progress feedback, maintaining professional, appropriate, and timely communication.

- 1. **Business Negotiations, Industry Exhibitions, and Project Site Visits:** Provide translation and record-keeping services, and assist in building local networks.

- 3. **Assist the CEO in managing expenses, reviewing reimbursements, tracking budgets, and liaising with finance and compliance departments.
- 4. **Handling Highly Confidential Information:** Handle highly confidential information and strictly adhere to company policies and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
