We're looking for an experienced PA / Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced team immediately.
About the role
You'll support our Director and sales team with the day-to-day administration that keeps a high-volume agency running smoothly — from listing paperwork and contract management to diary coordination and client communication.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a real estate PA, sales administrator, or similar role (essential)
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM and general office software
- A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who takes ownership
