As the ANUM for our Orthopaedics ward, you will review, plan, oversee and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator.
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role consists of clinical aptitude, dynamic planning and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to our patients.

Skills and Experience
-
Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
-
Minimum 5 years' experience working in an acute setting

Orthopaedics experience is advantageous but not essential
-
Clinical leadership experience or post graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
-
Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development
On offer for this role is a base hourly rate of $57.44 - $59.33 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*VIC ANUM/AMUM Levels 1-2*)
