This role will ideally suit existing Product Managers or Sales Representatives with experience in Extremities & Trauma product categories. We are open to Sales Representatives looking to take a career turn into marketing or existing marketing professionals. Responsibility will be for all Australia.
About the Role
As the Product Marketing Manager – Extremities & Trauma, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and tactical execution of the Extremities & Trauma portfolio across Australia. Working closely with sales leadership, surgeons, and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen Arthrex's market-leading position.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, supporting surgeon education, product launches, and market development activities. You will work alongside teams across the business, providing product expertise, commercial insight, and strategic support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues in New Zealand on regional strategies, initiatives, and educational events to ensure alignment across the broader ANZ business.
This is a highly visible role requiring flexibility to travel as needed to support customers, educational programs, business initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across Australia. The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining office and home-based work. Based at our Frenchs Forest headquarters in Sydney, you will have access to Arthrex Australia's innovative Product Demonstration Suite and ArthroLab Australia, our purpose-built surgical skills and medical education facility. Together, these world-class resources support the educational needs of the Australian market and provide unique opportunities to engage healthcare professionals through hands-on training, product demonstrations, and advanced education programs.
This position reports to our ‘ANZ Manager Product Marketing” and will involve travel across ANZ as well as hybrid work between our Frenchs Forest corporate head office and work from home.
- Develop and implement Extremities & Trauma Product strategies to achieve marketing goals and budgets.
- Manage and execute product launches and product pipeline prioritisation
- Develop and execute digital strategies and communication campaigns
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to develop KOLs
- Work closely with the Med Ed and Sales teams to develop and execute professional educational programs, events & conferences for surgeons
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Regulatory and Commercial teams to create and distribute marketing, communication and promotional assets
- Provide technical expertise, develop training resources and direction to the sales force aligned to the product strategy
- Collaborate with the Commercial team with relevant tenders and contracts
About You:
- Successful sales track record within a Extremities & Trauma product category from sales or marketing
- Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approach
- Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
- Relevant Tertiary Degree from a Health Science or Marketing/Sales background
