A Radiology Systems Trainer at Pro Medicus Limited plays an important role in helping hospitals and healthcare teams confidently use advanced medical imaging technology. You will work closely with radiologists, clinicians, and healthcare staff to deliver training, provide guidance, and support the successful use of systems such as RIS, PACS, reporting software, and cloud imaging platforms. Typical responsibilities include:
Deliver engaging training sessions for radiologists, clinicians, and hospital staff
Guide users on how to operate RIS, PACS, and imaging software systems effectively
Support software rollouts, upgrades, and system improvements
Create easy-to-follow training materials, user guides, and documentation
Provide ongoing technical and workflow support to healthcare teams
Help improve reporting accuracy and daily operational efficiency
Work closely with IT teams and healthcare professionals during implementations
Assist with the adoption of AI-powered radiology tools and voice recognition systems
Skills usually required:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of radiology workflows and healthcare environments
Experience with medical imaging or healthcare software systems
Training, coaching, or teaching experience is highly valued
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Healthcare IT, clinical, or radiology experience is an advantage
