Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams, plant, and subcontractors
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Cost tracking and reporting to the Project Manager
- Quality Assurance documentation
- Contract administration including NODs, EOTs, notices, reporting, and claims
