Work shoulder-to-shoulder with FOH and BOH crew.
Share barista skills and help train new starters.
Jump in where needed – no job too small, no ego.

Ensure stock levels are high , milk, and consumables mid-rush.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and compliance – no shortcuts.
Deliver every shift with energy, consistency, and pride.
Key Requirements
1+ high-volume barista experience, well at least have more than 1 day at a barista training course but we could consider based on your passion and work ethics.
We also welcome those wanting to break into the industry as a new starter or currently those studying.
We also want to hear from those who are finding it tough out there looking for work.
We are also wanting those with expert knowledge of coffee extraction + milk texturing.
Be fast, consistent, and confident under pressure.

We will also consider new starters to the industry or Juniors (junior wages apply based on age) or VISA holders with that wiliness to be a go getter and be part of the coffee industry.
