We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Support Person to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and flow of our inventory. Your primary focus will be optimizing our storage spaces, executing precise stock counts, and ensuring all inventory is correctly processed and labeled.
THIS ROLE IS TEMPORARY 2-3 MONTHS THERE MAY BE AN OPTION TO KEEP 1 OR 2 PEOPLE ON AS FULL TIME AFTER THIS PERIOD

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Optimization: Efficiently break down incoming pallets, recount items to ensure 100% accuracy, and meticulously restack and reorganize stock.
- Data & Label Management: Read and verify existing box labels, and utilize digital inventory tools (barcode printers and scanners) to generate and apply accurate new labels.
- Operational Efficiency: Work swiftly and systematically to meet daily warehouse targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Physical Handling: Regularly lift, move, and manage boxed inventory throughout the day.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Must have prior hands-on experience working in a fast-paced warehousing or logistics environment.
- Tech Literacy: Strong ability to read technical labels and comfortably operate warehouse technology, including handheld scanners and barcode printers.
- Forklift Skills: A forklift license/experience is highly regarded and a major plus, though not essential.
- Core Traits: A healthy, proactive work ethic, excellent time management, and the physical capability to handle daily heavy lifting.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the wider warehouse and inventory teams.
Pay: $25.79 – $30.00 per hour
