About the Role
- We are seeking a high-performing, independent Business Development Manager to deliver outbound lead generation for multiple B2B clients. This role focuses on multi-channel outreach, lead qualification, and booking high-quality, sales-ready meetings.
- This is a fully remote, Australia-based position with clear growth opportunities. High performers may progress into Campaign Manager or Account Manager roles, with the potential for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
- Manage up to two client campaigns concurrently, allocated in dedicated four-hour blocks per client
- Qualify prospects against defined client criteria and book sales appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and daily activity reporting
- Consistently achieve KPIs, including:
- 1.5 to 2 qualified leads per client per three hour block
- Approximately 3 to 4 qualified appointments per day
- Adherence to call, message, booked, show, qualified, and closed deal targets
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum one year of B2B cold calling experience preferred
- Strong sales persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset
- Highly independent, professional, and accountable
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to provide past performance results and references
- Comfortable working with the following tools:
- Clay for prospecting
- Lemlist for outbound campaigns
- CRMs including HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce
