AN-ACC Clinical Lead
Join us in a pivotal clinical leadership role where your AN-ACC expertise will directly influence documentation quality, funding accuracy, compliance, and resident outcomes across our Residential Care services. As our AN-ACC Clinical Lead, you will partner with clinical, operational, finance, and people leaders to strengthen best practice, support confident and compliant claiming, and uplift capability across multiple sites.

Lead organisation-wide improvement in AN-ACC documentation, reassessment readiness, funding integrity, and audit confidence across Residential Care.

Take on a visible, high-impact permanent full-time role based from our Rhodes Hub, with regular quarterly travel to our NSW residential aged care homes across Sydney as well as Coffs Harbour and Albury.

Shape clinical capability, influence key stakeholders, and help ensure funding outcomes accurately reflect residents’ care needs.
About the Role

Lead AN-ACC claiming oversight, funding accuracy, and data integrity to support timely, compliant, and sustainable funding outcomes.

Coordinate AN-ACC assessments and reassessments, ensuring documentation, evidence, and internal workflows are audit-ready and consistently applied.

Coach, mentor, and support care teams and leaders to strengthen clinical documentation, assessment readiness, and confidence in AN-ACC processes.

Monitor trends, reports, and risk indicators to identify opportunities for documentation improvement, reassessment timing, and funding optimisation.

Partner closely with Residential Care, Finance, and People & Culture teams to support care minutes, reporting obligations, and operational alignment.

Maintain strong legislative and regulatory compliance by ensuring AN-ACC processes, evidence, and practice align with aged care requirements and quality standards.
The Essentials

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and solid clinical experience in residential aged care, preference with 5+ years of clinical/leadership experience.

Demonstrated experience in AN-ACC funding, assessments, reassessments, clinical documentation improvement, or related aged care funding and compliance work.

Strong working knowledge of aged care legislation, evidence requirements, audit expectations, and quality standards.

Proven ability to coach, influence, and build capability across clinical teams and operational leaders.

Confidence working with reports, data, systems, and risk indicators to identify issues and drive improvement.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner effectively across clinical, operational, finance, and corporate teams.

A balanced, practical approach to achieving quality care outcomes, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability.
