Industrie Clothing was founded in 1999 and is now an institution in Australian men’s clothing. We focus on producing modern, practical and instinctively masculine clothing for every man.
We pride ourselves on sourcing the best fabric and trims from around the world and creating garments you can easily piece together for complete looks. With over 120 stores throughout Australia including concession locations and wholesale, there is bound to be a location near you!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer service and sales ambassador who understands the value of a genuine customer service experience but also how to deliver that experience in an appropriate and helpful way.
We’re looking for positive, hardworking and driven individuals who enjoys working toward and achieving goals, happy to get their hands dirty and thrive on interactions and helping people.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Process stock following Industrie procedure; ensure stock is accurately marked off and accounted for
- Stock transfers and accepting stock procedures completed to policy between stores and to/from warehouse
- Maintain the integrity of the inventory level in store
- Stock is refilled accurately daily, meeting Industrie standard
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, best sellers and promotions and communicate this to the team on a regular basis
What you'll bring to the role:
- You have had at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, managing and maintaining stock in a fast-paced environment
- You are organised and are motivated to get things done
- You are a Leader, embracing the company culture, adhering to policies and procedures
- You are a team player who enjoys working and supporting their crew
- You love being busy and can multi task
- You are creative and have an eye for visual merchandising
- You know the importance of stock control, and have experience controlling shrinkage
- You want to be part of a Retail brand that is growing
- You have an eye for detail and pride yourself on your planning and time management
- You enjoy a fast paced environment and change excites you.

This is a 38 hour a week position, unrestricted working rights required.
