Job Description
Your duties as the cook/kitchen hand include but are not limited to;
- Reporting to Senior Staff and Management
- Food preparation
- Kitchen organisation and cleanliness
- Maintain equipment, food safety and hygiene practices
- Deliver high-quality food in a timely manner compliant with policy and procedure
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
Applicants require;
- Statement of Attainment Safe Food Handling
- Team player with strong communication
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge, understanding, and skill of food preparation and presentation
- Time-management and problem-solving
- Strong culinary skills and various techniques
The ideal applicant will possess;
- Previous experience preferred
- Ability to balance various tasks in a timely manner
- Strong organisational skills
- High quality and attention to detail
