The Role
Supervising & Managing a store inside our store in Capalaba Central Shopping Centre.
You will run this like your own business with the passion and dedication required on your days on but without the overheads, risk, stock, staff employment, etc.
Smart Electrical Clearance Outlet is established in Brisbane/Gold Coast as the place to go to get a deal on an appliance. This job requires a lot of effort & Passion with running the store, going and finding sales where you can. Knowledge can be taught, but we would like to work with a good personality, as we have a team with a great morale, which you will see when you start working at Smart Electrical. You are not a number but we are a team here and will be treated that way.
You will have key responsibilities as listed below.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Consistent and good customer service to Customers
- Home Delivery organisation of sales that require delivery
- Work Independently well in-store and better as a team with other staff members of the company
- Ensure all visual merchandise is presented in a quality standard inside the store
- Monitor Sales Activity and report to Head Office
- Warranties and handling complaints in a professional manner
- Highly skilled in problems solving if any in an efficient and cost effective mannor for the customer and the company.
