As a Learning Experience Designer, your key responsibilities include:

Design and develop holistic learning resources and assessments that support authentic, relevant and engaging learning experiences.

Develop learning resources and assessments that are aligned to multiple delivery modes including online, blended, in the workplace and hybrid.

Write or rewrite learning content (e.g., research, fill gaps) to support the delivery of cohesive learning experience in all modes of delivery.

Actively identify and foster opportunities where emerging technologies can add value, improve workflows and enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Provide expert, specialist advice to support transforming courses involving emerging technologies. -
Adhere to the quality assurance process for all programs developed ensuring the standards asset by the Learning Design Framework are met.

Design and develop courses with constructively aligned a learning outcomes, assessment and teaching and learning resources and activities.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, to develop and implement highly innovative and challenging training programs.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience with emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced learning technologies to design and develop engaging learning and assessment experiences.
Qualifications required for the role:

Degree and post graduate qualification in learning design, instructional design or eLearning or equivalent extensive industry experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
