At Injury Active Clinic, we’re proud to deliver patient centred physiotherapy services from within the MyClinic GP surgery in Tarneit. This unique co-located model allows us to work directly alongside GPs and the broader medical team, delivering integrated care in a setting that supports collaboration, continuity, and optimal outcomes for our patients.
We’re looking for a skilled and personable physiotherapist to join our Melbourne team. Your core role will involve delivering high quality MSK physiotherapy to a broad caseload of patients referred internally from MyClinic’s doctors, as well as from our existing community network.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver manual therapy and exercise based rehab for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Liaise with GPs, nurses, and other allied health professionals as part of our shared care model.
- Educate patients in injury prevention and self management.
- Maintain thorough clinical records and contribute to case conferences when required.
About You
- AHPRA registered physiotherapist with minimum 1 year of MSK experience.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport easily with patients and colleagues.
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a broader collaborative team.
- Eager to contribute to a progressive and community-focused clinic.
