Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the store
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Recruit, train and onboard new team members
Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs
Deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor sales performance and achieve store KPIs
Manage inventory, ordering and stock control
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in hospitality, food & beverage or retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in staff training, rostering and daily store operations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic spoken Mandarin and English are required. Vietnamese language skills are highly regarded.
