Kitchen Hand / Cook – Swirl & Stacks
Swirl & Stacks is looking for a Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team.
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable and energetic all-rounder who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in producing great food.
You’ll be an important part of our team, helping keep the kitchen running smoothly while maintaining our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards
- Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen operations
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and fully stocked
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean workspace throughout the shift
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently
- Assisting the wider team during busy periods
- Helping with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Following instructions from the Team Leader/Supervisor

- Has previous kitchen, cooking or food-service experience
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

- Has a strong customer-focused mindset, even when working behind the scenes
Availability
We are looking for team members who are available for morning and daytime shifts, with availability across 7 days of the week preferred.
Hours can be flexible depending on your availability and business needs.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
