We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Roster Clerk to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems and enjoy working collaboratively, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining accurate staff rosters.
- Coordinating shift changes and workforce allocations.
- Supporting award compliance and payroll processes.
- Responding to roster enquiries with professionalism.
- Working closely with our Client Services, Payroll and People & Culture teams.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Experience in rostering or administration is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award is an advantage, but not essential.
