we are looking for a motivated and creative website developer and marketing coordinator to take ownership of our online presence and e commerce and marketing activities. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys a mix of website development, digital marketing, content creation, brand development and everything outdoors!
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and improving our website while planning and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our company website.
- Upload new products and keep product information accurate.
- Improve website performance, user experience, and SEO.
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor website analytics and marketing performance.
- Work with management to grow the brand and develop new marketing strategies.
- Ensure all branding remains professional and consistent across all platforms.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing business websites .
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Basic photography or videography skills are an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
