Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring we deliver dignified, high-quality care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.
You will work hand-in-hand with an experienced Service Manager who is committed to your professional success. Together, you will provide the strategic support needed to empower CYP to reach their goals and experience true choice and control in their lives.
What You Need to Succeed
Leadership Capabilities: Strong emotional intelligence, advanced leadership skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Proven Experience: A strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health challenges, and/or behaviours of concern.
Qualifications: A Diploma in Disability, Community, or Children’s Services; working towards a relevant Bachelor's degree; or identifying as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
