Dudley Private Hospital is a 62 bed facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation and psychiatric services. The hospital has 4 Operating Theatres including a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory. Apart from general medical and surgical beds there are 27 licensed rehabilitation beds, a cardiac care unit and a 15 bed mental health unit, known as the Ramsay Clinic Orange.
Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking motivated RNs to join our busy Mental Health Clinic. You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilizing comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting.
As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)

12 months experience in an acute mental health care or relevant social services environment.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster

Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

A Patient Centred, Trauma Informed approach to care.
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
