Storeperson / Warehouse Team Member
Location: Greenacre, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with flexibility required to support team coverage)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our close-knit team based in Greenacre. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations with occasional local deliveries, providing variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched while maintaining warehouse stock levels and supporting general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform stock replenishment and inventory control activities.
- Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Complete general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Use digital warehouse systems for order picking, stock management, and stocktaking.
- Assist with local customer deliveries of baked goods when additional delivery support is required.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Skills & Experience
- Current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and confidence using digital inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (preferred).
