HR Business Partner
Docklands-based hybrid role supporting a large multi – site pharmacy business

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large and complex pharmacy portfolio across all Australia, including 35 sites and a workforce of approximately 700 pharmacists and technicians.
This is a broad advisory role where you'll partner with operational leaders, pharmacy managers and key business stakeholders, provide practical people advice, managing complex employee relations matters and driving performance and engagement initiatives that enable business performance.
This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a large, multi-site healthcare environment.
What You Will Do:
Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and managers.
Lead ER case management and workplace investigations.
Interpret and advise on EBAs, policies and employment obligations.
Manage HR relationships across, pharmacy managers and operational stakeholders.
Coach leaders through people and performance matters.
Drive performance and engagement initiatives throughout the business
Engage leaders to build succession planning and workforce initiatives
Support workforce planning and people initiatives.
Build strong partnerships across a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.
What We Are Looking For:
HR advisory or HR Business Partner experience.
Strong employee relations and investigation capability.
Ability to influence, coach and challenge leaders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting operational, multi-site or geographically dispersed workforces.
Confidence managing sensitive and complex people matters.
Healthcare, pharmacy, hospital or service industry experience will be well regarded.
Experience interpreting EBAs or industrial instruments will be highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
