We’re looking for enthusiastic Food Retail Assistants/Baristas to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Providing an outstanding customer experience
- Setting up, filling, and adjusting displays as required
- Upselling products and promotions
- Preparing cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks
- Operating the barista machine and preparing quality coffees
- Completing food safety checks and temperature recordings
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store
What we’re after:
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks
- Confidence in upselling and engaging with customers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or food experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Barista experience is preferred
