The Role:
We are looking for a vibrant and reliable Barista & All-Rounder to join our mad-hatter team! This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be the heart of our operation—creating fantastic coffee, delivering friendly service, and helping wherever needed to keep our cafe running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting exceptional coffee with speed, consistency, and a passion for quality.
- Providing genuine, friendly, and efficient customer service at the counter and tables.
- Preparing and presenting food items from our menu.
- Handling POS operations and processing payments.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across the cafe.
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Assisting with opening/closing procedures and general cafe duties.
Who You Are:
- A skilled barista with proven experience and a love for latte art.
- A true people-person with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work.
- Able to work well under pressure during busy periods (weekends included).
- Have the right to work in Australia.
- Previous experience in a similar cafe role is highly regarded.
