We are seeking skilled and dedicated Metal Roofers and Bricklayers to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain metal roofing systems, including single-ply membrane roofing and metal roofing panels
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
- Prepare surfaces and structures by performing tasks such as concrete forming, metal stud framing, or siding installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and secure materials according to specifications
- Apply bricklaying techniques for walls, facades, or other masonry features with attention to detail and structural integrity
- Adhere strictly to construction safety regulations by using safety harnesses, ladders, and other protective equipment correctly
- Perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence
- Assist with remodeling projects or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project goals
- Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to ensure proper installation of roofing and masonry components
Experience
- Proven experience in roofing installation or repair, especially with metal roofing systems such as standing seam or corrugated panels
- Solid background in bricklaying or masonry work with knowledge of stucco application and tile laying techniques
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and blueprint reading for accurate project planning
- Hands-on experience with construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and ladder use protocols
- Knowledge of siding installation, trim carpentry, concrete forming, heavy lifting techniques, and remodeling practices
- Outdoor work experience on active construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely while maintaining productivity
