Practice Manager – PainAid
PainAid is a leading specialist pain management clinic committed to delivering exceptional patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy specialist clinics. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.
Previous Practice Management experience in a medical or specialist healthcare setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and administration
- Lead, support, and develop reception and administrative teams
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Manage staff performance, rostering, and workflow processes
- Monitor billing, compliance, and practice efficiency
- Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager (essential)
- Previous experience using Gentu is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing people and processes
Location & Travel Requirements:
Your primary base will be our Liverpool clinic. Travel may be required to our Kogarah and Castle Hill locations as part of supporting clinic operations. This responsibility is shared amongst the management team and typically involves attending another clinic approximately once per week.
