Are you a reliable, hands-on team player with warehousing experience and a passion for delivering great customer service? We are looking for a motivated Parts Storeperson to join our busy Parts team. About the Role
As our Parts Storeperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our parts warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching automotive parts accurately and safely while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unpacking and storing incoming stock
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Checking parts for damage and reporting discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate inventory storage locations
- Assisting with stock movements and warehouse organisation
- Supporting workshop and customer parts requirements
- Delivering parts when required
- Processing customer payments and associated documentation
- Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous warehouse or Storeperson experience
- A current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- A current forklift licence
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive approach with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
