At Danny’s Artisan Bakery, we pride ourselves on crafting delicious artisan pastries with a focus on quality ingredients and traditional techniques. We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef Assistant to join our friendly team and help us create mouthwatering croissants and other basic pastries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of croissants and a variety of basic pastries.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality in every product.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry kitchen.
- Help with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic pastry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
