The Role
This is a full-time leadership and clinical position working across our clinics in Deer Park, Melton and Werribee, with flexibility to work from home and in the community.
You’ll support and lead a passionate OT team while continuing hands-on neuro rehabilitation work with adults living with neurological conditions.
Our clients include people living with:
- Acquired brain injury
- Stroke
- Spinal cord injury
- Parkinson’s disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Cerebral palsy
- Intellectual disability
- Other complex neurological conditions
Most participants are funded through the NDIS, alongside TAC and My Aged Care.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership
- Supporting and mentoring Occupational Therapists
- Assisting with referrals, clinical planning, and risk management
- Helping recruit and grow an exceptional OT team
- Contributing to service innovation and quality improvement
- Partnering with our Education Team to support clinician development
Clinical
- Delivering person-centred neurological rehabilitation
- Completing functional assessments and intervention planning
- Prescribing assistive technology and home modifications
- Working collaboratively within a highly experienced MDT

Desired skills & experience
You’ll ideally bring:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in neurological rehabilitation and/or NDIS
- Confidence supporting and mentoring clinicians
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience with assistive technology and home modifications (desirable)
