We’re looking for 2 x Office Experience Coordinators to join our Property team at our Kmart Group National Office.
This is a highly hands-on, facilities-led role in a busy, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You’ll spend your time out on the floor, actively supporting the workplace, solving problems in real time and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working on-site Monday to Friday, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a safe, functional and high-performing office for our teams and visitors.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide day-to-day office experience and facilities-focused operational support to ensure a safe, functional and welcoming workplace
- Coordinate facilities activities including routine and reactive maintenance, daily tenancy checks, and escalation of issues to internal teams or external providers
- Support access control and security processes, including issuing access cards, managing permissions, and ensuring visitor and contractor compliance
- Deliver front-of-house and general office support services, responding to enquiries, assisting team members, and supporting wayfinding and amenities
- Coordinate meeting room and event bookings, including space setup, basic AV support, and liaison with stakeholders
- Support office and team events, onboarding activities, and hands-on workplace coordination tasks to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage office supplies, mailroom and loading dock processes, and other logistical activities as required
- Use internal systems to manage requests, prioritise tasks and respond quickly to workplace issues
- Work collaboratively with Workplace, Property, IT and People teams to support day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Proven facilities experience is essential, ideally within a corporate, retail or high-footfall environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace where priorities can shift quickly
- Comfortable being on your feet and actively moving throughout the day
- Proactive, hands-on and quick to respond, with a strong sense of ownership
- Solid understanding of workplace safety, compliance and facilities operations
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and respond to competing demands
- Brings a service-first mindset and enjoys supporting people in a visible, front-facing role
