Nu Trend Quality Homes is seeking a Residential Draftsperson to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
Sunshine Coast Head Office
The Role:
- Co-ordinate, produce & deliver accurate site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations, and final construction plans
- Creative thinking and design solutions
- Maintain and develop relationships with our sales & estimating department
- Constantly develop thorough knowledge of our products, services and processes
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Diploma Building Design or Drafting preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
