Your Role
We are looking for an experienced On-Site Labourer to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. Based out of our Bayswater facility but working primarily on-site, you will be responsible for structural steel installations and on-site welding.
This role is perfect for a motivated and experienced structural labourer/welder who holds the necessary tickets to hit the ground running.
- Position: Full-Time, Permanent
- Start Date: ASAP Start
- Remuneration: $45 – $55 per hour (dependent on experience) + excellent overtime potential
Key Responsibilities
- Performing high-quality on-site welding and steel fabrication adjustments.
- Leading and assisting with structural steel and site installations.
- Utilizing rigging and dogging skills to safely move and position materials.
- Operating Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) for high-level installations.
- Working collaboratively with the site team to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an on-site fabricator, welder, or experienced structural steel labourer.
- Rigging Ticket (Basic or Intermediate).
- Dogman Ticket.
- EWP Ticket.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- A punctual, reliable, and safety-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
