About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling sandwiches, wraps, and light meals while supporting the overall operations of the café. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and works well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, and light meals to order
- Assist with food prep, storage, and kitchen organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Restock displays and ensure fresh presentation throughout the day
- Support the front-of-house team when needed (e.g. delivering food, clearing tables, taking orders, assisting barista)
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a sandwich hand or in a café/kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and great teamwork
- Available Monday to Friday (no weekend work!)
