Cabrini Rehab - Brighton
Cabrini Brighton Rehab unit consists of 48 Rehabilitation beds across two wards. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurses to join out team of dedicated nurses and support staff. The successful candidates will be required to work shifts and be available for weekend and nights as required.
The position is full time but part time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
How you will make an impact
Assessing, delivering and reviewing nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Providing support to patients to assist with their individual needs to achieve optimal patient care outcomes
Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy and dignity
Assisting in maintaining a hygienic and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
Responding effectively to and escalating issues as required
About you
Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Experience as an Enrolled Nurse (ideally within the rehabilitation space)
Excellent assessment, communication and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently and respectfully within the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills
Flexibility with working hours
