Casual Laundry Driver – Join The Wash Team

We're looking for a reliable, friendly and responsible driver to join our growing laundry team.
The role involves picking up and delivering customers' laundry throughout Adelaide, using our company van. You'll be one of the friendly faces our customers see, so being punctual, professional and genuinely helpful is important to us.
What you'll be doing
- Picking up laundry from customers' homes
- Delivering freshly washed and folded laundry
- Following a set route and schedule
- Loading and unloading laundry bags
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Communicating with the team throughout your route
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and presentable
- Handling customers' belongings carefully and respectfully
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a current Australian driver's license
- Has a good driving history
- Is reliable and genuinely takes pride in turning up when they're supposed to
- Is comfortable working independently
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Is physically capable of lifting and carrying laundry bags
- Is organized and able to follow a schedule
- Presents professionally and treats customers with respect
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
Reliability is extremely important to us. Our customers rely on us to collect and return their laundry when we say we will, so we need someone who can consistently be counted on.
You don't need previous laundry experience — we'll show you everything you need to know.
The role
- Casual position
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Regular weekday morning/daytime shifts
- Adelaide Northern suburbs and surrounding areas
- Company van provided
Hours may increase as the business grows and additional routes become available.

The Wash is a local laundry service providing pickup, professional washing, drying and folding for households, families and community clients across Adelaide.
We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to become a reliable part of our team.
