Site Supervisor
Wagners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our concrete plant at Eva Copper Mine Site.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, plant staff, batching accuracy, quality control, environmental requirements, maintenance coordination and customer outcomes.
About the Role
$50.00 to $55.00 p/hr flat rate + Super
Fixed Task Contract
2 ON, 1 OFF Roster on day shift (there may be some night shifts)
Flights (from Brisbane), meals & accommodation provided
Lead and supervise plant employees, contractors, drivers and visitors
Oversee daily concrete production, batching, ticketing and plant operations
Coordinate truck scheduling, workforce rostering and stock control
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements
Partner with QA and Technical teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous operational improvement
Deliver outstanding customer service by managing orders, enquiries and complaints
About you
Mining Supervisor G1, G8 and G9 qualifications, or ability to obtain where required
Current C Class Driver Licence essential; HR Driver Licence desirable
Previous experience in concrete, construction materials, quarrying, mining or a similar heavy industry environment
Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach and coordinate operational teams
Strong understanding of safe work practices, quality requirements and environmental controls
Ability to manage daily priorities, communicate clearly and make sound operational decisions
Experience with plant maintenance coordination, stock management and production administration
Professional approach to customer service, internal communication and issue resolution
Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - including a Medical + Drug & Alcohol & Police Check
