The Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Air Conditioning Technician/Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of air conditioning systems while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Install split systems, multi-split systems, ducted systems, and VRF/VRV air conditioning units. * Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs. * Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions. * Perform pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning. * Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications. * Complete service reports and job documentation. * Maintain a clean and safe worksite. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Work independently and as part of a team. Essential Requirements * Experience in air conditioning installation and servicing. * Current Australian Driver’s Licence. * White Card. * Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick) or ability to obtain. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and time management skills. * Ability to work safely and efficiently. * Physically fit and capable of manual handling. Desirable * Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. * Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence. * Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Samsung, Panasonic, or Actron systems. * Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
