Pickled Sisters is seeking a talented Chef to join our
team. As a leading restaurant in the region, we are
looking for a passionate and experienced chef to
help us deliver a unique and exceptional dining
experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of
creative menus that showcase our locally sourced
and seasonal ingredients
- Work with other kitchen staff, ensuring quality
and consistency in all dishes prepared
- Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and
food cost controls
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment,
adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen
efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar establishment.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
- A self starter able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
